All VeroniGanea items — including lighting blueprints, LUTs, Photoshop actions, templates, and workflow documents — are intangible digital files.
After a purchase is completed, files are automatically made available for immediate download.
Because digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, we cannot offer refunds once the download process has started.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical payment error.
  • You accidentally purchased the same digital product multiple times using the same account.

In such cases, our team will review your claim and, if approved, process a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

4. File Access and Re-Download

If your download link expires, you may contact our support team to reactivate file access at no cost.
We guarantee file availability for a minimum of one year from the purchase date.


5. Exchanges

Because all products are delivered digitally, no physical exchanges are applicable.
However, if a file was uploaded incorrectly (e.g., wrong version or missing component), we will immediately provide a corrected copy.
